Sheena enjoys teaching students of all levels and provides a safe and comforting environment for students to explore yoga in their own unique way. With a focus on Vinyasa style yoga, She uses the breath as an anchor to bring students back to the present moment and to build awareness. She incorporates anatomy and yogic philosophy into her classes and gives students time to turn inward and rejuvenate their soul.

Sheena’s classes allow you to calm and expand the mind, create space within the body, release tension and gain confidence and strength. She encourages students to see yoga as a practice they can carry with them into their daily lives, creating joy and freedom on and off the mat.
